I was born in the 12th of November 1987 in one of the most beautiful places in the World, - in Baku. I graduated school with excellent grades and entered to the Academy of Public Administration,in 2005. Studying at the Academy, I concluded that our higher education system needs fresh methods and ideas in the incarnation of youth. So I decided to get innovative skills and new tendencies and bring them to my Fatherland. Consequently, it can be obvious that my primal purpose of studying in Germany is to implement in the prospective all knowledges and skills obtained here. I hope, I will reach my goal.
Baku
Baku is one of the oldest and biggest cities in East for antiquity, territory and population.Its population in 2008 was estimated at 1.9 million people. In 2003 Baku additionally had 153,400 internally displaced persons and 93,400 refugees.
In 2007 Culture Ministers of the member-states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference declared Baku to be the capital of Islamic Culture for 2009. The Walled City of Baku along with the Shirvanshah's Palace and Maiden Tower were inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000.
Baku is the largest city, and the largest port of Azerbaijan and all the Caucasus.
FH Dortmund
I really liked FH Dortmund. Believe me, if I did not I never wrote that! Dortmund is a fary tale in the centre of Europe and Dortmund Universitat is main character of this tale . I liked everything here : Professors, students, campuses rooms and ever rabbits in the yard ! I liked EMPM program long before arriving to the Dortmund and my expectations came true. I am really happy here!
